Our Interior Concrete Stair Process

1. Design & Pre-Production
We begin with your architectural drawings. If the details are lacking, our team steps in to take site measurements and finalize dimensions. We then create and submit detailed shop drawings for approval.
2. Fabrication
Our formwork is crafted with millimeter-level precision using wood, steel, rubber, or plastic—depending on the design. Once watertight, we cast your stair treads using a high-performance CSA-based concrete mix, known for its strength, sustainability, and rapid curing.
3. Finishing & Customization
After casting, your stair treads are processed according to your preferred finish—polished, acid-washed, sandblasted, or honed. We can also add nosings for extra traction and embed hardware or elements as needed.
4. Crating & Installation
We ship your treads securely crated and ready to install. Our experienced installation team uses adhesive or bolted mounting methods and often deploys gantry cranes for safety and efficiency, especially with heavy stair units. Landings can also be installed upon request.
