• Shipping and installation costs are typically additional unless stated otherwise
• Color and texture may vary slightly from samples due to the natural characteristics of concrete

Product Warranty

Newbold Concrete Stairs warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period specified at the time of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, abuse, neglect, accident, or normal wear and tear. Concrete products may develop natural patina, minor surface variations, or hairline cracks which are characteristic of the material and not considered defects.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Newbold Concrete Stairs or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or products, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
